He's cut my hair from a simple trim, to a sophisticated pixie. Hands down the best salon in Edmonton's Chinatown.

Horrible customer service, when I arrived at my appointment he just told me to sit in the chair, I thought he was going to let me consult him on what I wanted, maybe peruse a magazine to see what I wanted but nope he went straight to get a razor and started shaving off some of my hair so roughly that it got stuck in my hair (I have very thin/fine hair) which hurt, he then had to detangle the mess he made and went to cut my hair at least 2 inches shorter than what I had asked and I am currently not at all satisfied with my current haircut. I know their prices are on the cheaper side so I shouldn’t expect much but the service shouldn’t have been as horrible as it was.
