★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 5:06pm.Website states 6pm. Employee tells me the website is wrong. I told him I drove 45mins to get here. He said: How is that my fault?" Wow! No sorry, no empathy. That is not good customer service to make me want to come back. Which I aint!!! If there was a no star rating there it would be. So angry! I didnt expect him to reopen, simply to be more courteous. He didnt say anything except. Why is this my fault? A little empathy goes a long way. I can assure you the website said 6pm. I even showed it to him so i wasnt wrong.

Eddie was very pleasant, civil, and courteous to deal with, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The rate I was offered also matched their website (which itself has very good information to educate people wanting to sell gold and silver), so no surprises or hidden gotchas. A good location to get to in the Westgate Mall, which itself is easy to get to.
