β β β β β We contacted Ottawa Foundation to assess potential causes of a foundation issue. Rado responded rapidly to our request for assessment, he thoroughly inspected, gave us a very fair quote and committed to a tight deadline so we could sell our house. He and his team kept the deck and grass area clean, even though they had to excavate the exterior foundation down to the footings. The work was completed exactly as he said it would be, and he and his team answered our questions as they completed the work. Definitely call Ottawa Foundation. The invoice was accurate and the warranty is transferable. What more can I say but 5*! Thank you Rado.
