Called again and after a few calls and messages got through and was told to call and text a new person. Again no answer or confirmation. Left notices on the webpage support. No responses. On the day in question no one showed up. Still no responses. Left message again. No follow up by them.
Luckily Bin There Dump That was able to provide me with a bin later that day.
