★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything as expected - don't understand the negative reviews. Parking is paid, but very cheap. Receptionists were friendly, helpful, normal. The technician who wired me up was similarly helpful and also efficient. I was back out in my car within 20 minutes. I showed up early, and they saw me early. Seems all fine to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an echocardiogram in August. Results were late. I had to call and call. Three weeks later.Results came back that everything is fine.
Fast forward. October 28 I had a widow maker. Two stents were put in the LAD.
Diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
Ef value of 34.
In two to three months, my heart went from fine to completely screwed up?
No.
They didn't do their job properly the day I went there.
Don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a patient at the Centre for several years now.
My Dr. is very professional and concise. Seems it took a while for him to warm up to me, but after several visits, I think he knows who I am now.
Technicians are top notch. Very friendly and personable.
Receptionists leave something to be desired, though. the office seems to be a bit disheveled and patient interaction is somewhat impersonal, bordering on rude. Not sure why they have to re-schedule if you call in late, since I am always early or on time and frequently finding myself waiting up to 30 minutes past my appointment time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my mother to the doctor office trying to dropped the litter from our family doctor to Dr. Chamoun , but the receptionist was impolite and she was shouting and yelling on us and didn't let us explain to her or let us talk, she has zero patients service this is unecceptable. Just for Dr. Chamoun five stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to see the doctor today with my wife with regards to my results that i have done back in January and they haven't sent them to my family doctor, we couldn't talk to the Asian secretary because she kept giving us bad attitude and was unprofessional in dealing with the situation and kept ignoring us. If there was a rating below zero I'd give it due to this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to cancel on the Monday morning of the huge snow storm (my appointment date) because I found out on the weekend that i was exposed to someone who tested positive for covid. Yet they are still charging me $100 for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice. I guess they wanted me to go in during our biggest snow storm to date so I could tell them I was exposed and they could send me home... hoping I dont get into a car accident. So NOT impressed!!!!!!!!!
