β β β β β Mr. Jaycen Olavario, a paralegal, is a consummate professional with excellent interpersonal business relationship skills. At his office, we discussed all aspects of my Motor Vehicular Accident (M.V.A.) and its resulting serious traffic ticket.
Jaycen mentioned that most likely my demerit points would be reduced from six (6) demerit points to two (2) demerit points. Even though my M.V.A. occurred a couple of kilometers north of Steeles Avenue East, the location of the courthouse is in Newmarket, Ontario.
He attended twice on my behalf. With his expertise, the charges were reduced to a lesser offence as informed and only two (2) demerit points were incurred. Jaycen promptly reported the outcome, returned numerous messages and answered all inquires.
Due to the lesser violation he obtained, the amount of the fine and insurance increase were much lower than anticipated. He put my mind at ease through an extremely difficult process. It is my opinion that Jaycenβs services are highly recommendable and the fees are reasonable. I am exceptionally satisfied with the results obtained on my behalf.

Very professional and would really fight for your ticket! ...After a long procedure my case were reduced from Stunt driving down to Speeding over 30km/h to Case Withdrawn with NO fine and NO Demerit points! β β β β β This is second time I used OTT services. This time it was bad accident, I end up in the hospital. The charge was "dangers driving". In both cases charges were dismissed. They are helpful and do fantastic job.

β β β β β They bring justice where it seems that you cannot win and that the police officer was being unjust and unnecessarily rigid.
Yes, they might even cost you the price of the ticket itself (depends on the ticket, I'd presume), but I'd prefer to pay them what they cost for the greater chance of coming out *not guilty*, with no record and no merit points than taking my chances in court.

β β β β β Absolutely painless process, all I did was an initial phone call and payment. The OTT team took care of the rest. None of the hassle of going to court or back and forth emails. One day I received an email telling me my speeding ticket was withdrawn and that's it. This was definitely worth the cost.

β β β β β Had to use the services of OTT Legal which I did after talking with few other Legal service companies and from the get go the experience was different with OTT. Never had to go to their office(this was pre-covid), after I reached out they(Jaycen) promptly set up a meeting with me and understood the situation. They gave me a price upfront and clearly laid out possible outcomes, they did not promise anything but told me that they will try to get the best outcome. Then covid happened and my case got dragged for over 2.5 years but during this time Jaycen and his team kept me posted promptly without any follow-ups after every court date(there were multiple of those which I have now even lost count of). Whenever there was an update on a possible agreement with Crown on the outcome they would be promptly inform me and even get on a call to discuss options and ask what my preference would be. I can not speak enough about the professionalism displayed by Jaycen and Jajel through out the entire stretched process. Just today I was informed that the charges were withdrawn and I was so relieved to hear this. I can not thank them enough but I would highly recommend these guys for any traffic ticket related services that one may need.
