I've been fortunate to have benefits for several years. After a few different specialists for a shoulder injury, I found Paul L. I haven't been as confident and comfortable since my accident all because of Paul. After my shoulder, Paul has helped me fix and learn about my body, well beyond short term relief. After years of dealing with back pain issues, and hundreds of dollars spent on chiropractic adjustments, I sought help from Paul Lorenc. He intently listened to my problems, conducted a series of tests, and intricately assessed my pain issues. He clearly explained what the issue was and went straight to work to not only relieve the pain, but to treat it at its source. The techniques used mixed the modernity of shockwave therapy, to the tried and true methods of stretches, massages and adjustment. After five pleasant visits, and after following Paul's advice, I can confidently say that the pain has diminished significantly, something I thought would never happen. Paul and his family not only cared for my health, but for my well being outside of the office. I was always greeted and spoken to with genuine care, interest and respect. I highly recommend Paul, as he treats you as a person and patient, not a customer.

I am 37 years old and I recently learned that I had osteoarthritis in my cervical and thoracic vertebrae. I have been to many massage therapists over the years and while they were okay, a friend mentioned to me to try osteopathy as she has heard it was beneficial for arthritis. I researched some different practitioners online and came across Paul and his clinic. All I can say is that I feel like a new person! He has seriously changed my life, even after only 1 treatment! Of all the different treatments I have had, Paul is only one who has managed to pinpoint the areas where I need a release, and adjustment or extensive work in an area of my neck to relieve my discomfort and pain due to muscle tightness. When I came out of the appointment, I not only felt taller and that i had more range of movement and less pain, but mentally and cognitively I felt less anxious and just overall more mobile, less stiff and happier. I have been recommending Paul to all my friends. He is calm and does not rush you and he takes extra time in the appointment to give you tasks for you to do at home. I will be coming to Paul for a long time :)

I have been going to Osteopathy, Massage Therapy & Orthotic Clinic for the last 18 years and have received excellent care for my back pain. From the very beginning Paul Lorenc has been very caring and professional towards me. I have always and will continue to visit him with all of back, hips and arm problems and trust his expertise in this industry. He has managed to treat all of my problems over the years without the use of painkillers or anti-inflammatory medications. I am now able to do various motions with my back without the pain I once had. The service from him and his team is spectacular and they always go above and beyond to help their patients. Even outside of my session time I am guided trough some exercises to figure out what is causing discomfort and understand my range of motion. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Paul’s clinic and will continue to treat my pains I have with a clinic I know and trust. The staff are kind and caring. They have a wide range of equipment and modalities. Clinic also has easy and free parking.

I recently called to arrange for some treatment on my upper back, neck and shoulders. Paul was away on vacation, however his relatively new associate, Keshav Uppal could take me. I was initially reluctant, as Paul has been my "go to guy" for almost 20 years, however I needed treatment. Keshav sat me down and questioned me thoroughly regarding my issues (just like Paul would). During treatment he managed to find pressure points that I did not know existed. With only a couple of treatments, he managed to alleviate the pain, and release the stress that had been accumulating. On top of that, I was able to book an appointment for the evening, after I had returned home from work. He followed up by emailing me a customized set of exercises targeting the area that he had worked on. It's great to know that Keshav and Paul are able to assess and address my issues quickly. I have been visiting Paul Lorenc on an as needed basis for close to 20 years. I experienced extreme lower back spasms over 20 years ago that completely incapacitated me and sent me to hospital. For a couple of years I searched for anyone, and any kind of treatment, that could alleviate my pain during recurrences that often kept me bedridden for a few days. Then finally I found Paul. Paul questioned me extensively, and came up with a plan which included treatments that were able to get me back to normal within a couple of sessions. More importantly, he devised a set of stretching exercises which I have followed religiously every morning as soon as I get up, that has kept my visits to him at a minimum. This has been fantastic for me, and while it means that I spend less money on treatments, it has won me over as a dedicated client. Whenever I hear people complaining about back pain or other musculoskeletal system issues, I always recommend Paul without hesitation. I have not had a severe recurrence of lower back spasms, (the ones where it feels like a knife has been stuck in your lower back, and your knees buckle) for years. I have had minor flare-ups, usually due to heavy lifting or sports, and I'll visit Paul to make sure things don't get worse. I had surgery on a torn meniscus 5 years ago, but after a few years my knee started to feel achy and tight. While I could still play hockey without issues, I did not feel comfortable that I would be able to ski again. I visited Paul and explained my problem and he suggested Shockwave Therapy. I was somewhat skeptical, but felt like I had nothing to lose (expect for the cost of treatment). The Shockwave found 4 or 5 (pressure?) points around my knee that were quite painful, which Paul explained would be the focus of the treatment. After only 3 sessions, my discomfort was gone, and a week later I was skiing in Whistler with my family. In my mind, it was a miracle. My knee remains free of those previous aches and tightness. I have been going to Paul for years and he is like a miracle worker, both hands on and with shock therapy. I have had my tennis elbow and frozen shoulder treated along with various injuries from my sport injuries over the years. Recently i have gone to Kay(Keshav Uppal) massage therapist on site at the clinic and he too is amazing. He is very thorough and provided immediate relief for my constant back pain, he also followed up with exercises/ stretches i could do at home to help alleviate my pain.

I have no words to describe the experiences with either massages or Shock Wave Therapy that I received with Paul. Personable, calm, relaxing...He is very attentive to all tensions and issues. Really great person, makes me feel very comfortable every time I'm there. With Shock Wave Therapy for my cellulite, my skin not only got firmer and smoother, but appearance of the cellulite greatly improved. The deep dimples completely disappeared ... only in few treatments. My expectations were blown out of the water. I can't be happier. The treatments were actually enjoyable too. I highly recommend Paul and his Shock Wave Therapy without hesitation.
