★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere at Original Joe's is what one would experience in any restaurant/pub style restaurant. The interior showcases dark tables/walls and although large windows are surrounding the premises-the restaurant is still dark. The servers offer great suggestions and are always friendly. If I was to recommend a dish, it would be the Dragon Boat Lettuce wrap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited an hour and half with still no sign of our food coming anytime soon. My 6 year old daughter was very hungry and no one came to update us or tell us there was a delay. Ordered my daughter a lemonade while we were waiting and the lemonade never came. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

I waited an additional 30 minutes inside the restaurant AFTER my designated pick up time just to get cold food. I waited long enough inside the restaurant that I could have ordered my own food at a new table and gotten it before my original online order.
I would suggest not tipping their online pickup service or at the very least tip after receiving the food. Lessons learned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety of food in an upbeat atmosphere. The prices are a bit on the steep side, but the food quality and experience made the trade-off a worthy one. Side note: Their fish and chips (ordered by my step mom,) looked phenomenal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For what OJ's is, an unpretentious, Earls-esque, place that caters to everyone including families to couples to people wanting to watch sports, it is an easy 5/5.
Food options are good and always consistent. Service is always good and consistent. Their prices have gone up considerably the past few years but what restaurant hasn't! Great College Heights neighborhood spot. Always recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered takeout 4 times here. 2 stars because 2 of the 4 times we have ordered our order has been messed up by forgetting one or 2 things. When it happens they just give us a credit and that’s the end of it. When phoning in an order I feel like the person taking my order wants to get off the phone asap. The salad below is a west coast chopped salad. Only 2 bites had been taken. The avocado looks old, the salad is missing goat cheese and the requested chicken breast. The portion size is also smaller than you would think for a main course salad. I have a credit but not sure I’ll be back.
