your calls. Guillaume (the “sales rep”) simply couldn’t have been more unprofessional even if he tried.
We asked him to call us back over and over again and he never did for TWO weeks, which left us with no choice but to cancel our agreement. The only reason we didn’t continue buying the unit is because they have no understanding of standard service when it comes to real estate. What a shame!
We had a few questions about the contract after we signed and Guillaume kept promising to give us an update by the end of the day. This process took 2 weeks and we still did not get answers. We have purchased many pre-constructions before and our questions/comments were extremely standard.
In summary: a project with employees that are far from qualified and completely lack the sense of respect to others. Stay away from Guillaume if he’s the last sales rep available on this planet!!
