★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to train at Club One before I move and really missed my trainer there. The owners are also hands on and their InBody 770 is the best in the business for measuring body composition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to test body fat on InBody 770, it is the best machine in Vancouver period. Their GYM looks clean and fashion, really like the lounge area. Nice people there, trainers and owners.

They even have an InBody770 (a machine that can accurately read your body fat and muscle mass by body area and also provide other metrics) which is great if you are serious about your fitness goals and tracking progress (it’s the only place in/around Vancouver that I found that has an InBody machine). Kevin is always very helpful and takes time reviewing my and my husbands results with us and providing recommendations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach Kevin at Club One is very knowledgeable about weight loss. He helped my husband to make adjustments to diet and exercise. We also like their InBody test to track the weight loss progress. This allows us to stay in course and so far he has lost over 10lbs.

Amongst gyms of various sizes and specializations that I have been to, Club One strikes me as being a uniquely intimate space for you to relax, focus, train, and regenerate yourself. It’s worth to mention that they own one of the most advanced body measurement scanners in Canada - the InBody 770. It tells you precise measurements of your body fat, muscle mass and a number of key indicators of your well being. Using this as a foundational assessment, their coach would design a personalized plan for you to train, track and adjust whenever needed. Really impressed! I have been training with their head coach Aaron and I am hooked!
