La secrétaire m'a clairement exprimer sa solitude.. elle même n'est pas en mesure de parler a qui que ce soit sauf a travers des mémos a l'interne !!!! Director of a mental health reform project requested by all social workers in order to have better tools for their work ... NO RETURN OF CALLS! Everything is recorded here, more than 23 calls made to get in touch with a superior. The secretary clearly expresses her loneliness to me .. she herself is not able to speak to anyone except through internal memos !!!!

Un manque d'analyse, des processus arbitraire et une incapacité crasse à faire valoir la validité de la profession au Québec. Votre inaptitude à soutenir adéquatement vos membres dans des périodes de crise comme la crise sanitaire est criante. Vos magouilles d'inspection qui vous assure des revenus importants en formation professionnelle est un monopole , vous manquez de coeur. Il est grand temps que ça change L'humain a tous prix mais pas à n'importe quel cout An organization seriously harmful to the profession. A lack of analysis, arbitrary processes and a crass inability to assert the validity of the profession in Quebec. Your inability to adequately support your members in times of crisis such as the health crisis is glaring. Your inspection shenanigans which ensures you significant income in vocational training is a monopoly, you lack heart. It is high time for that to change Humans at all costs, but not at all costs

Thanks to the La Direction and to David Painchaud for getting back to me quickly this morning! This is exactly how the Order needs to function....it’s much appreciated by us and by your members! M	Margaret Butler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of this week, I am no longer a member of the Order as I was unable to pay my fees by the renewal deadline DUE TO THE INADEQUACY OF THE ORDER to handle the volume of calls and the freezing of the website whenever I tried to pay on line. Phone calls were not returned until after the deadline. Today my request to renew was refused unless I paid additional fees. I am certainly not prepared to pay reinscription fees in addition to the regular renewal fees . No longer being a member, I can finally express myself in the language of my choice. This Order charges exhorbitant fees for very little service. Unfortunately I am unable to work now until I back down and pay....we are so powerless against this bureaucratic rigid & administratively-challeged Order.
