M	Morris Terry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed in the operation. Visited the site to deliver food and all the signs identified Pickup and No signs for drop offs. Very confusing . They need to set up signs for the residents that deliver the supplies. make it more user friendly

You pick what you want as if shopping on your own with limit restrictions for popular items. Arrive 10 minutes before opening as there is generally a line up already and it can take a while for your turn.

After my husband explained that there were two people on the same list and that 2 bags of food isn't going to last 2 weeks between 2 people one of the volunteers said in a very rude tone oh we're starting to give 2 people the same as a single person I would buy my own food if I had the money to do so. I am very upset at the way my fiancé and I were treated. If I had the money I would never ever come back here

The ladies helped me weigh it and I got to take a photo of the shopping cart overflowing to show on social media and thank the public for helping raise donations. Drive thru is set up for customers and new location is great.
A	Ashley Kilby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jennifer acts as if it’s a burden for her to do her job and help others. I’m not sure why you would choose a career in community service when you don’t like helping people. I’ve requested twice while ill to have delivery set up but she suggested I find means of transportation and come in any way, clearly not taking the health of other immune compromised people who visit the food bank into consideration. Every time I call to ask a question, I get a ignorant response. When you go into the food bank you have to wait an hour to get food and have no area for children to keep occupied if you have young children and then they have someone waste more of your time walking around with you to get your food. Over all an unpleasant experience for someone who requires these services to feed themselves and there families.
