★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a skid steer for the weekend, broke down with a “common problem” so they agreed to bring a replacement the following day. They ended up billing me all 3 days which came out to just over 1300$ be very careful dealing with these people.... was not expecting this as I’ve had nothing but good experience with them up until this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and Over charged us. didnt give a quote before repairing. Before the repaire they gave such a low price. i asked for a quote before the repaires start they didnt give any quote and repaired and slammed us with aound a $400 bill. after when i mentioned about not reciving a quote they didnt give any clear answer, basically each person turned the situation to the other person and said "i dunno wht to tell you"
when i showed it to some other machenic the parts that are mentioned on the invoice were not even changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give credit where credit is due - the service was good as far as picking up and dropping off the equipment; however, where they failed is quoting the rental.
I spoke with two different employees and was told two different prices (Employee #1 (Josh) advised $80 total for a weekend package rate) (Employee #2 (Natalie) advised $65).
When I reviewed my MC Statement, I was charged a completely different and higher price. I was also NOT provided with a receipt.
When I called to speak to the manager, he advised it was a difference of $10 and no one fights over $10 (when in fact it was a difference of $30). He advised their prices are public, and I should have been able to figure it out myself! He advised they are on the phone all day trying to quote equipment. If his employees do not know his price list, then they should not be working there! Or, they should advise people to go to the website and check their rates!
The issue is principle! TWO EMPLOYEES GAVE A QUOTE! THEY SHOULD HONOUR THEIR QUOTES!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a telehandler for a small job - only a day. Arrangements, drop off were easy and smooth. I took a break from the work and couldn't figure out how to restart the machine (all on me) and they sent a guy out to start it for me - and he actually helped me finish the job as it was a bit of delicate work and my touch wasn't very skilled, so he stuck around and made sure I got things right. Can't beat that.
