Unbelievable! I was already in the diet and in full weight process before trying but the team really gave me the strength and motivation to continue! Really stimulating and we surpass ourselves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La publicité dit que en 1 heure on perd beaucoup de poids et c'est vraie! Vraiment stimulant avec une gang et de voir tout le monde s'entraîner. On ne perd pas la motivation meme apres 5 mois. J'ai perdu plus de 15 lbs!
Advertising says that in 1 hour we lose a lot of weight and it's true! Really challenging with a gang and seeing everyone train. We do not lose motivation even after 5 months. I lost more than 15 lbs!
