β β β β β I had the utmost pleasure to deal with Chad Kless at Oracle RMS and what a refreshing experience that was! Efficient, simple, quick, easy, friendly all done with a customer-centric approach!
I approached Oracle after my twin boys got their G2 and were added to my previous auto insurance. ( The company I work for has a partnership with them) When my premiums nearly tripled, I knew it was time to look at other options.
Chad took down my information and walked me through the process, benefits and allowed me to make an informed decision based on the details he provided. I really liked that he gave me options to choose from and allowed me to save half of what I was paying before. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion.
Thanks Chad and Oracle for the awesome job you guys do!

β β β β β Horrible experience. My current policy was coming up for renewal (not with Oracle), so I was doing my due diligence and shopping around for a better price. I was contacted by Steve Z.....HE contacted me. After about a month, I was finally able to pursue my options. At first he seemed great, answered my emails in a timely manner, set up a date and time for a call and followed though. Then I was ghosted.....He disappeared. No email back to me after I sent him my drivers license.....Nothing. I emailed asking him when I would hear back and I'm still waiting, lol! Disheartening and horrible service. You don't do that to people.

Gave me all the savings that I wanted compared to my other insurance company. Very professional, and received everything I needed within 2 days. Without having any stress regarding this transfer of my insurance, just want to thank Joshua Reblooh for his professionalism, prompt outcomes, and so through. during this hard times we all appreciate when things come together. I would recommend Joshua to help with any insurance questions, claims or transfer of insurance from one company to another. Thank you again Joshua you are amazing

And best of all, he sourced a option for us, which resulted in a significant reduction in costs while maintaining our existing coverages. He was clearly light years ahead of my last insurance broker.

β β β β β I used to be with Allstate for my property insurance, and when I needed that policy revised for a particular reason, Allstate was not able to help me at all. I was given Jordan Switzerβs contact info and right away, he was able to help me out with a new policy and he also was able to give me options to better suit my needs. Very professional, easy to communicate with and works diligently to serve his clients. Highly, highly recommended.
