It has taken CRA over five months to process the dispute, but Amy has been so helpful and has provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After receiving incorrect tax advice from my former accountant, I met with Ernest regarding my tax return. I had a very complicated non resident tax return I was doing as a POA, and Ernest was able to get it all completed less than two weeks before the deadline. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I was pleased with the service from beginning to end and more importantly it was all completed correctly! I will be going back next year and highly recommend.
