I contacted the service provider, Optimum Fire Safety Inc, who explained the probable cause of the problem and then came to service the unit as quickly as possible. Problem solved! The service was quick and efficient, the personnel friendly and there was no service charge, even though I live well out of the city. I will certainly recommend the company . Thank you very much

Sue simply explained the financial aspects and obligations. Both Jon and Sue answered multiple questions after my first consultation and went over the top to ensure I was comfortable with the protection package I chose.
