Il a parfaitement su répondre à mes besoins et j'ai rapidement été en mesure de retourner à mes occupations et faire du sport à nouveau! Il m'a donné de précieux conseils faciles à mettre en application à la maison pour favoriser ma guérison ce que j'ai grandement apprécié.

Following an accident, I was treated by Justin for neck pain. He was able to meet my needs perfectly and I was quickly able to return to my business and play sports again! He gave me valuable advice that was easy to apply at home to help me heal, which I greatly appreciated.

He always give me good advices that I really appreciate and helps a lot.
He also knows a lot about sports related injuries because he practices as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect to get a much more comprehensive and helpful service than JUST a massage. Of course going to the massage therapist is relaxing, but beyond that, Justin's priority is to help you take better care of yourself.
Justin really cares about each individual's development: whether you are a professional athlete, musician (my case), or spend a lot of time at a desk, he seeks to understand how you are using your body daily, and offers knowledge & practical solutions.
Optima is a service that goes beyond amazing massages!
Note for the punctual type: Every appointment has started exactly on time, or sometimes a couple minutes early. Really awesome for people with full schedules!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Justin is excellent. He has strong hands, a warm personality and is very knowledgeable of muscle physiology and kinetics. I suffer from chronic pain and work a very physical job. I see Justin regularly, he has introduced me to stretches and exercises, he helps to keep my body flexible and aligned, and manage my pain and inflammation better than any other massage therapist I’ve seen in twenty years. I highly recommend.
