★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this how we greet visitors to Ontario? Sure the 30th of Sept 2021 at noon does not get much business for the Info building, but the outhouses are in desperate need of cleaning and attention. Please, Ontario is open for business, and we used to be Beautiful, let's keep it clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trucker's washrooms (outhouses) were filthy and unusable. Main washrooms were better but subpar. A poor introduction to Ontario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ clean ???, OMG If I could post pictures of the washrooms you would throw-up . Occupation health an safty realy needs to have a look at the stool all over the toilet and the walls .. ☠? .what kind of people are out here ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The toilets don't have seats you have to squat above them. The toilets at the truck parking area have been fouled and don't appear to have been cleaned for some time. The rest rooms in the car park area are at least not covered in humane waste but again you can not sit down to use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Center was closed. Bathroom building was an absolute disgusting horrible gross welcome to Ontario. Should be ashamed. BM and toilet paper all over. I Don’t think it ever gets cleaned. Worse than third world country bathrooms that I have been in. Where is the board of Health? Oh right. They are busy making everyone wear a mask for no good reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought it would be a great place to stop and take a pic.. To realize my dogs sabotaged me and locked me out of my own car. I quickly tried to teach them a new trick to 'unlock' the car. Sadly, it did not work and I was left with phone phone in hand at 7am and a good time to stop and use the bathrooms and have a bit of a panic. The rest stop was cleaned well and very nice.
When I went back to call a tow, my dogs quickly realized how upset i was and unlocked the doors.
