★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience renting two Ski-Doo Renegades from Ontario Powersports this past weekend. We rode about 450km in two days and the sleds performed flawlessly. We dealt with Adrian who took good care of us and was very accommodating. Thanks again for the great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was ok UNTIL I realize that they had rented me a badly refurbished bottom jet sky that I just got to know about it when it was full filled with water that I couldn't even thust it.
It was in the first hours of use and I had to fix it by myself to keep using until the end of the long weekend. And the wrost was when I got back to them they charged me I mean, OVERCHARGED me, 1,750 to fix it saying that I was the one to blame because I tried to fix it myself so it was clearly my fault. Like if I was trying to hide it.
There was no negotiation they just gave back my security deposit discounting the fix charge.
I would never rent with them again and I DO NOT recomend.
Worst experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone else stated - the owner also tried keeping our deposit when in fact no damage had occurred. He wanted the deposit in cash because he said his credit card machine wasn't working. We didn't think much of it since we were planning to be very careful. We returned the jet ski the next day and he claimed there were scuffs on the BOTTOM of the jet ski. He kept our $2500.
Police recommend we go to small claims court as there was nothing they could do unfortunately
Very shady! Please stay away so you're not scammed
