It is impossible to reach her worker on the phone, and she hasn't answered our emails for 3 weeks. Unreal what they will put a person through.
L	LJ Elljay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was given a new worker who NEVER returns my phone calls, treats me worse than a number, and reduced my medical travel to the point of putting my life in danger. But hey, I'm just a disabled person so I don't matter in this country.

I	I Am Always Write on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have stated, this Ottawa ODSP office is an absolute public disgrace and needs a serious overhaul. You can leave a voice mail but you will not get a call back, not even on serious issues. These people are supposed to be helping some of the most disadvantaged people in society, but they only provide them with a serious dis-service.

Not to mention when I called my workers supervisor, her voice-mail was just about 8 minutes long and she sounded heavily intoxicated. Can't say for sure what substance but one that made her think and speak real slow. As you can imagine she didn't return my phone call either. There is something wrong in this ottawa office and it needs to be addressed. They get off on hurting people in need and making feel bad about themselves.

They think that hydro and Enbridge is only $50 per month. l paid it in full and I am still waiting for them to refund me the $210 plus diabetic fund for needles tips

Explaining what should I do and Mostly important that’s u Sylvie Robert a wonderful lady who is not only social worker but she is amazing human being with big heart open to another people .
