I had to file something with the Justice of the Peace. The law was barely on my side. It was on my side but was open to interpretation.
This is where the judge understood the spirit of the law: To protect citizens and property, and loosened his interpretation in order to help me protect someone that I love.
That is an experience I'll never forget. With lawyers and cops, they're always quite literal when it comes to the law. Judges -- good judges -- understand why laws exist and what needs doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are unhelpful, rude and dismissive. The most friendly person is the cop at security. The "check in" desk is manned by outright hostile individuals. You probably have no choice if you are coming here. Just be prepared to be treated like a diseased skunk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beneficiaries beware!!! Don't file a Notice of Objection to an Executor because you will lose your money the courts don't follow through if the Executor filed a Letter to the Objector.. The Executors don't even have to file a Letter to the Objector and they get away with it unless you want to fatten a Lawyers wallet! NO JUSTICE FOR BENEFICIARIES then you wonder why you have incidents like what happened in Oshawa and I don't care either!!!! FiVE FALLING STARS!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rascist, prejudice systemic court and judges capitalise on people mistakes and fine people. For example; if a person lawyer does not show up for a motion date that person is fined hefty fees not $100 or $300 but thousands of dollars. Another one is amended forms which another way judges find revenue. Then family court that is highly favoured for women but against men and fathers . This system must stop capitaism for profiting of people. Despicable. We need a reassess and change the rascist system that impacts immigrants and second class citizens for not knowing law . Because law isn't thought in schools that's how profit is made by the system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I went there 5-6 times and they always say file it online, and there is no option for the payment online. The lady worked at J-14 filing counter she said do it online and I said i can do it here then she said no I can’t assist you with this. If you can’t assist people then why are you sitting there, go find another job. I did try file to online but they always reject my documents. I just got married, need to validate it from court. We haven’t done any crime. But they never listen. I don’t want to give them one star, they don’t deserve it. Go find another job
