★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait au moins 1 an et demi que jy vais et la semaine dernière jai eu un service assez médiocre, plusieurs clientes arrivées après moi sont passées avant moi et j'ai même sentie qu'une employée ne voulait pas me servir, elle a parlée dans sa langue très rapidement avec sa collègue en me regardant et à pris une autre cliente arrivée après moi.

Horrible customer service. I've been going there for a few months and it just gets worse and worse. The girl doing my fingernails burned me with the drill and she got mad after I told her. I could not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE SERVICE A LA CLIENTÈLE! Winnie a toujours été gentille avec moi et ma soeur. Par contre cette fois les employés voulaient m’arracher mes acryliques pour les recommencer et lorsque j’ai dit que j’avais mal elles on continuer et après j’ai poliment refuser leur service car je ne voulais pas qu’on m’arrache les acryliques. Pendant que j’attendais que ma soeur finisse ses ongles une employée est venir me voir pour me parler en anglais car « je ne comprenais pas la situation pis elle allait m’expliquer en anglais car je ne comprend pas en français » elle a commencer a se chicaner avec moi quand je lui ait dit que c’était correct je vais aller a un autre endroit elle c’est fâcher et est partie a rire avec sa collègue. Je ne retourne pu dommage j’aimais bien winnie
HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! Winnie has always been kind to me and my sister. On the other hand this time the employees wanted to tear off my acrylics to start them again and when I said that I was in pain they continued and afterwards I politely refused their service because I did not want them to be torn from me. acrylics. While I was waiting for my sister to finish her nails an employee came to see me to speak to me in English because "I did not understand the situation and she was going to explain to me in English because I do not understand in French" she began to arguing with me when I told her it was okay I'm going to go to another place she's upset and went to laugh with her colleague. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Madame Nguyen m'a donner la meilleur pédicure que j'ai reçu chez Winnie de ma vie . Je suis enceinte , j'ai les jambes enflé et j'ai très mal au pied. Elle a prise le temps de bien masser mes jambes et pied ...un peu plus qu'à l'habitude et ça m'a tellement fait de bien . Merci madame Nguyen
Madame Nguyen gave me the best pedicure I've had at Winnie's in my life. I am pregnant, my legs are swollen and my feet hurt badly. She took the time to massage my legs and feet well...a little more than usual and it did me so much good. Thank you Mrs Nguyen

I had an amazing experience I got a pedicure and manicure the lady really took her time plus des speak fluent french and English they are super professional and friendly the salon is beautiful and the prices are really affordable I’m coming to the salon again when I’m in Quebec I’m 100% recommend this salon
