★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like it a lot, the prices are lower than most places and they respect the time of your appointment.The staff is all very nice. The nail designs and shaping is not perfect, you basically get what you pay for but overall I do recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ second time that i gave this place a chance. the manicure shellac is horrible. one day after getting it, it chipped all over the tips of my nails. the woman made my cuticles bleed claiming they are too dry. i was shocked.

Staff were talking ont themselves laughing
. Drill my cuticles so badly I was bleeding. I asked several times to stop and was ignored. Also I did not see enhanced cleaning mesures for covid. Chair and desk not wiped down or disenfected between clients. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve gotten my acrylics done here a couple times and immediately no. When I ask for longer acrylics the girls always cut them down shorter like it’s their nails, rushed job and my nails bleed and hurt so bad after because they force the acrylics into the nail bed. Price is reasonable but probably the only good thing about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in just to have my acrylics nails taken off. It was here that they not only made me bleed, caused me pain, and did not listen to me when I said to stop - that it hurt, but I also had the lady working on my nails roll her eyes and pretty sure talked about me to her coworker.
I was NOT impressed with their service and their lack of professionalism. I rarely write bad reviews, but I felt the need to write one about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad I decided to take my nails off myself! I discovered FUNGUS. If I did not take them off and if I would have gone back, then what? My nails would have been green!!
I received a bio gel set and a pedicure early august 2021. The fact it is over several nails and not one means it was not a loose nail! The first and last time I visit them. I’ve been trying to find a good nail place in the West Island and this place I would not recommend to anyone ever. Sorry, but clean your tools! We pay for the service, and in that pay we should be at LEAST expecting clean service! Going to be a fun 4 months for me getting rid of this!
