★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 star that would be the rate. Noticed I had some yellow ish on my finger nail after going there a couple times and they just brushed it off, ignoring it. Fast forward 2 months from then ( after going back for at least other 3 times) decided it was time to see a doctor and he told me I had fungus. These ladies gave me the infection AND kept doing my nails even after NOTICING there was something wrong with my nails. Picture followed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acrylics were not done well. some thicker than others, shape is barely there. Quite rude aswell. Asked nicely which polish would be a good nude, and she didnt respond but instead just flicked her hand at me gesturing to just pick one. Will not be returning again.

I made Kim work 5x harder by asking her to do each nail a different colour - and she happily accepted! Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going there for over two years now. The nail techs are super sweet! They really care about your nails and will tell you how it is. For example I came there with super damaged nails from years of acrylics and they suggested alternatives and solutions. I 100% recommend this place. Equipment, and facilities are clean and the place is very nice.

However my second experience I had the assistant. I would give her 2 Stars.
She was rude when I was looking at the colours and I wanted to change my mind because it wasn't quite right. She kept trying to put fake nails when I didn't want them. All in all it was her bad attitude for no reason.
The owner is great though and is polite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an acrylic refill and French style shellac, it was super nice! Kim is amazing and the salon is SUPER CLEAN! I loved it so much ? i used to go to other places in downtown but they were so expensive, these nails are WORTH IT!
