Pour la vitesse c est pas tres long My nails are beautiful and the service is fast, on the other hand the sanitary rules are not all respected, they pass from one client to another without hand washing. For the speed it is not very long

Pour vous raconter ce qui s’est passer : J’ai été pour un remplissage , (30$). Je me suis choisis une couleur et j’ai mit au total 30 diamants ( 2/1$) qui donne un total de 15$ de surplus. Quand j’ai demander à la femme du propriétaire de me faire le prix, elle me chargeait 70$ Je lui ai demander pourquoi et elle me dit que c’est le prix , je lui explique que non c’est impossible? J’ai jamais payer 70$ pour un remplissage… Je vous rappelle que , ça fait plus de 5 ans que je vais là-bas… normalement ça me coute maximum 55! Là maintenant on voulait me charger 70$ en me disant que je savais pas compter…. Plus jamais je ne retournerai à cette endroit ! They tried to cross me on the price! On the other hand Katlyn was very nice and did a very good job. To tell you what happened: I went for a refill, ($30). I chose a color and I put a total of 30 diamonds (2/1$) which gives a total of $15 surplus. When I asked the owner's wife to give me the price, she charged me $70. I asked her why and she told me that's the price, I explained to her that no, it's impossible? I have never paid $70 for a filling... I remind you that I have been going there for more than 5 years… normally it costs me a maximum of 55! Now they wanted to charge me $70 and told me that I didn't know how to count…. I will never go back to this place again!
A	Andree-Anne Cormier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas trop aimé l’expérience j’ai faite mais orteils avec ma mère et l’eau était froid.. aussi je trouve bizarre que il a pas de machine debit ou visa, si ta pas cash tu doit faire un virement bancaire… pense pas de revenir. I didn't really like the experience I did but toes with my mother and the water was cold.. also I find it strange that there is no debit or visa machine, if you don't have cash you have to make a bank transfer... don't think so to come back.

Ne t’avise pas des prix avant de faire quelque chose, ne parle presque pas au client mais à ses collègues dans une autre langue, ne fait pas attention aux ongles naturels. J’avais des prothèses à enlever et on m’a retourner plus que trois fois mes ongles naturels en essayant de me les enlever. Endroit degueulasse, malpropre et insalubre. La table de travail jamais nettoyée, les serviettes jamais changées. Je n’aurais jamais laisser l’employé me tailler les cuticules avec aucun instrument car clairement ils n’étaient pas nettoyés et désinfectés. Servit comme un numéro : pas le temps de t’asseoir et d’enlever ton manteau que l’employé a déjà commencé à limer tes ongles avant même de lui avoir dit ce que tu veux. Personnel froid et bête. C’était la première et dernière fois que je payais pour un service comme celui la. Nail quickly done well but staff little attentive and not attentive to detail. Do not think about prices before doing something, hardly speak to the client but to his colleagues in another language, do not pay attention to natural nails. I had prostheses to remove and they turned my natural nails more than three times trying to remove them. Disgusting, unclean and unsanitary place. The work table never cleaned, the towels never changed. I would never let the employee trim my cuticles with any instrument because clearly they weren't cleaned and disinfected. Serves as a number : no time to sit down and take off your coat that the employee has already started filing your nails before even telling him what you want. Cold and stupid staff. It was the first and last time I paid for a service like this.
N	Nellie P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place!! I was stuck in quebec and decided to treat myself to a pedi/mani. They charge $45 for a “pedicure” which was one of the worst I’ve ever had. They basically have you soak your feet , and do your toe nails and call that a spa pedicure. When my feet were done, I thought I had some sort of basic service and when they charged me full price, I questioned them and they had nothing to say except “pay up.” I have absolutely no issues paying for somethings worth - this was not it. Nails (on hands ) way too thick on the gel/ shellac. Used polish that looked old and thick. A week later, they’ve all chipped or popped off. Will never be back here again and would definitely NOT recommend. AVOID

They knew what I wanted right away and didn't waste any time. The workers are very friendly as well! The atmosphere in general is great, so is the decoration. My nails look great and they're resistant for my busy lifestyle. I loved the music and the movie playing on the TV so I wasn't bored. Jenny was very careful with my nails and didn't hurt me once. It was overall relaxing to go there! My nails were worth the 50$!! I definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon!
