★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's wifi!! The girls are really good and even tho the prices went up bc of covid, they're still reasonable compared to other salons. Staff is friendly too and the security measures are good. Would recommend!

nice including the lady who did my nails. The shape was perfect and i the exact nails i wanted, really enjoyed getting my nails done here !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, was going there for a while when one day I was wrongfully accused of not wanting to schedule an appointment with my regular nail tech Lee! Apparently the receptionist told her that I rudely refused to have nails done with her when I simply wanted another nail tech. When I called for future app with my regular nail tech LEE she would always cancel my app and schedule me with someone else saying she was fully booked so eventually I found that odd and asked why I couldn’t be with her ? She then proceeded to tell me her feelings are hurt bcs I allegedly (told the receptionist) that I do not want her to do my nails when what actually happened was I simply wanted another nail tech that day! She then bluntly said she will not do my moms, my daughter and her all her friends nails bcs of this misunderstanding, so my next thought is, is she racist??! We are all black girls in this group!!! It’s just mind blowing to me that her feelings where that hurt for something that was never said and that this one nail tech would cancel a whole group over something I’ve absolutely never said! Very unprofessional and mostly just disappointed by the false info! My two cents and very honest review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So rude and lazy. They are not even able to do a simple manicure and nail polish. Also they always speak Chinese in front of the client which makes you not very comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girrrlllsss if you want your hands to sparkle this is the place to go! worth every penny! I got for a full set and usually costs me 85(manigelset), but I give them 120 for the hard work they put into mine since I like the works. GORGEOUS NAILS EVERYTIME!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 DAYS AGO I got a full gel set , a pedicure and shellac ALL AROUND . THE WHOLE 9 YARDS . Tip well and now 2 days later , my shellac is coming off . I called and asked if they could make me a design for free or some kind of compensation for this inconvinience and the only thing they kffer is to fix it in a couple of days ... I AM NOT IM QUEBEC FOR 2 WEEKS . Nothing else was offered . Even when I expressed that I would never go back . What hurts the most is that I have used their services for 10 + YEARS . Every two weeks , and reffered them to 10 + people who are now regulars ! Always payed well and loved their efficiency and attitudes . They always remember who I am and I loved it . Gave them 5 star reviews EVERYTIME ! But now .. after they made me feel like I WAS in the wrong .. I am never going back there .
