★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place that offers classes for all different levels, days and times. Their schedule can be found on their website. I found them friendly and welcoming which helped since I was a beginner. They provide all the necessary equipment. It is $10 for drop in or you can buy passes or packages. If you are wanting to get into yoga this is a great place to start and continue. If you are driving, best place to park is behind in the paid lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing studio. All the instructors are so great, such a beautiful studio and they have such great classes. All props, mats, blankets are provided too. Michellene and Shawn have made the studio so welcoming. I can't say enough great things about it! I highly recommend checking it out and drop in classes are just 10$. Well worth the money

The wonderful staff make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is beyond tranquil, and the variety they offer truly shows how committed they are to providing a positive experience for everyone. Words can’t express how thankful I am for my favourite instructor, Caitlin. She is the real deal! Knowledgeable, creative, caring, and genuinely invested in creating the perfect session each and every time she teaches! 5 stars for Caitlin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loving One Yoga and Neil Collins 5:45am class! Neil has a well thought out session that leaves you feeling refreshed to start your day. Each class has different movements that feel great but are not too intimidating to try! Neil is a wonderful addition to the One Yoga studio. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very welcoming studio with excellent teachers, a great variety of classes, all the equipment you need or bring your own.I have been enjoying the 9:30 classes lately with Shawn. I always feel better leaving than when I walked in. I am mostly interested in being a senior with good balance and able to handle stress well. I recommend this fun place.
