For no reason the alarms dysfunction at 1:00 am - we call the emergency number as it is a technical issue - we leave countless messages on the emergency number and no one calls us back. We had to manually wreck the system so that we could sleep as NO ONE called us back. They are quick to take your money but when you need assistance on emergency no one is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One smart home installed Provision cameras for our dental office 2 years ago, constantly run into issues with our security cameras not showing live feed or playback in my phone or internet browser. This is the 4th time this happens in the past 2 years. I even can't get a hold of them to come and fix this time. Disappointing costumer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of One Smart Home for 4 years. At the start, they had the best customer service. They went through a rough patch where getting things done we slow, difficult or even not at all. Had I reviewed them in 2020, I would have given them a 1 star review. We lived with glitches for a few months. They have since made some changes to their business and everything in our home is working as it should or even better. They have gone above and beyond to make up for the past glitches and go the extra mile to ensure even the little things are working well. Their set up has made life much more convenient and functional. They are receptive to our needs and are there to support us when we need them.
