Support agencies like this who do not charge the ripoff commissions of traditional agencies. Don't contribute to the real estate brokerage owners getting rich from your real estate necessities.
Economists in the US and Canada predict by 2026 only 25%of the current real estate agents will exist or need to exist with the proliferation of Ooendoor, Redfin and various blockchain adoptions.
I will be glad to see those full commission agents and agencies disappear. Such a corrupt industry and BC Real Estate Board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a word, disappointing. Three price drops, 4 months = not one offer. Longed for more communication from realtor BF. Had to use my own photo's and pull the Strata docs for her. Maybe OK in a sellers market. Full commission realty here I come.
Edit: I have had 3 offers in 2 weeks using a full commission realtor. It's night and day - don't bother with 1%.
Edit #2: I now have an accepted offer in less than 20 days in a pandemic.
