I have always found it painful to try and maintain a proper posture but now, only after a few treatments, I am experiencing less back pain when I correct my posture. One Life Family Chiropractor also has very kind staff and a very aesthetically please office space! As a new member of the Georgetown community, I was looking for a Chiropractor that was not only passionate about their job but equally dedicated to delivering a comprehensive Chiropractic experience. The level of support also went well beyond the carefully curated plan. Dr. Matt also takes a personalized holistic approach to spinal hygiene that really helped me to understand the impact that small changes could have on my overall health. With a few sports injuries and a recent car accident, i was having a lot of back and neck pain and constantly relying on my heating pad. Since seeing him, i have made tremendous strides on my overall ROM and posture. Not to mention the tension relief in my neck. You can tell he is very knowledeable and passionate about what he does. So happy i stumbled across this clinic! I started in January of 2022 with One Life Family Chiropractic. I started with adjustments 3 times a week. Yes, there was discomfort. I quickly went down to 2 times a week and by the end of April I am at once every 2 weeks. The difference is amazing, less headaches, less irritability, more range of motion and a great deal more knowledge to help me continue on the path to better health.
