I've been ordering from OnTime for years now. I of course have had my fair share of cold'ish food, melted ice cream in form of DQ Blizzards or McDonald's Frosty's and soggy subs from Subway. Although I do wish when they're having a busy night they would simply say "We're really busy, expect a long wait." would suffice for me. But even with all that, the pleasant deliveries far outweigh the few bad ones. Because of said bad experiences that I choose not to dwell on nor complain about I give 4 stars. I even have an order put in as I'm typing this out. I will most definitely continue to use the service. Especially before I know I need to make a big caffeine stockpile before a big gaming event, ordering energy drinks and snack foods. Every 3 months. :D

The delivery people are so kind and friendly. On a busy day it takes more time to get it but worth the wait. On a not busy day that they come fast and always with a big smile. We had one problem with them and they fixed the mistake and gave us options to make us happy. I love they use their own bags and dknt use the plastic bags. Big plus they have debit. I am disabled and they are great with me and my disability, plus carry my order to my place upstairs with I cant lift it. Big thanks from the delivery people that face the harsh weather and stands outside and wait for me to open my common door. Thank you. Sincerely #8

I have been using them for a long time, now I have had my issues with them the odd time but nothing like I did July 1st, 2018 when I gave the man $40 on a $22 bill and he did not give me all my change back I got 7 dollars back. Less cause I gave him a 2 dollar tip. What made it worse was when I reported it right away they ignored all my texts, so shady if a young white man with a bunch of tattoos on his arm delivers to you count your change before he leaves.

Placed a second order for the groceries. Rather than fill out the form online the dispatch told me to text the order to a phone number to make it easier for her. I did that at 2:30 pm. I called at 6:30 pm told it was to be delivered between 8 pm and 9 pm. Called again at 9:15 pm told that he could not find the order and asked how I sent it in. Then he found it. It sounded like he did not want to do the order anymore so I said tomorrow. So I did not win the lotto max because I never even got my ticket. So if you place a order I suggest you call back every shift to see if they have it. I got part of my order. But she got the wrong pop. So I am still waiting for my order from yesterday at 2:30 pm to be completed and now it is 24 hrs hours later. Also if the internet has not been updated, then update it. It is your business you would think you would be on top of it. The dispatch is confused of pricing saying they have all these different lists. Maybe they should one price guide so they know also what to quote. Apparently the men don't like to do grocery runs so check first to see if the women are working. The delivery woman had 3 grocery orders from yesterday that were not done.

Worst delivery company I've ever used . Dispatch doesnt even understand what you say and pretends he does EVERYTIME I spell out my adress number by number word by word cause he clearly dont understand anything anybody tells him and he still manages to mess up ....and sends his drivers to tottally different places or wrong orders .... I feel bad for the drivers. Also dont help it takes 2 hours atleast for me to ever get a order....why wait when you could wait longer more like it .... get a new dispatch atleast that help alot

I have used on time many times and generally the service is okay... not excellent but okay.... today however was a different story... got my order completely wrong and when I asked them to fix it Paul's response the owner was "not my problem" I said "so even if we say we will never order from you again if you don't fix it" his response "absolutely its not our problem" seriously???? Will never use this service again which is sad considering we have been a repeat customer for years.... if there was an option for zero stars at this point I would have chosen that. So disappointing that customer service means so little to them.

My experience with this business is very much a stressful, ordeal that I never wish upon anyone to go through. First off when I called I asked for a certain beverage. Now I'm assuming that when a customer calls a company that states in its name On Time Delivery that one comes to the notion that whatever they ask to be delivered, that is what they assume they will get .since they are paying for the item and the delivery cost. No sad to let you down but the answer I received from the lady on the other end was . The driver goes to the closest place and if they happen not to have your bevage of choice well...you don't get it. Thank goodness the driver actually went to the other store which was a 1 minute drive to get my beverage of choice. So there I was happy looking forward to thank the delivery person. To my dismay....I open the door to a person huffing and puffing telling me I should have told the person taking the call that they were to go to the back door. I stood there in a daze thinking yes actually ii did let her know. she then told me she had went to the front than had to get back in her car to drive to the back of the building. It was such a problem for her and it was my fault. Thank you On Time Delivery for trying to tell me I couldn't get what I ordered, and many thanks to the great customer service from your delivery people. Your number one in my books. Cheers

These guys are awesome. My delivery was late one night... I looked into it and realized they were actually closed. They still showed up with my order, and despite being overwhelmed with work still were polite and apologetic about the lateness. Great company. Id recommend them.
