★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an ancient 1970's snowblower that needed tuning up. No problem, their technician knew his stuff and had it running well. It's much more convenient than taking it into the shop and around the same price. The only downside was they changed my appointment time twice.

We called On Spot Repair and it was fixed temporarily but a representative named Gavin warned us that it might dysfunction again. So Gavin, reached out to us to ask how the service went. We were disappointed that our snowblower broke down again. But Gavin then went above and beyond to see us a few days later and fix the snowblower for good. Now it is working just fine. We are happy to recommend Gavin and On Spot Repair for doing more than what was asked for. Exceptional Service.

Last weekend, my lawn mower leaking gas and Yvonne was able to book available service in our area and fixed my lawn mower immediately. The technician also give me advice on how to maintain it clean for longer life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that I am impressed by the prompt service given to me. Owen was very professional. He arrived at 8:00 am for a scheduled appointment between 8:00 and 12:00. He repaired my mower and afterward explained to me all of the services he had performed.
The previous owner of the mower had installed the cutting blade upside down which was unknown to me until Owen pointed it out. Wow!!
The online booking and confirmation system was easy to use and the response time was excellent. It's a great thing to have your equipment serviced at home instead of lugging it to a repair shop for the same price point.
Based on my experience I would certainly recommend this company to others.
