A place to take care of yourself, realign yourself, connect to your body, slow down and learn to recognize our needs! It is a real pleasure for me to teach yoga there and to support people to find a positive relationship with food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J ai la chance de suivre des cours de yoga chez Om studio depuis quelques temps déjà. L endroit est génial, embiance chaleureuse et amicale. Les professeurs sont très accueillants et ils prennent les temps de bien expliquer les positions et de corriger notre posture si besoin. Tout le monde y a sa place, débutants et plus avancés y trouverons leur compte.
Bref je vous recommande vivement d aller y faire un tour!

I have the chance to take yoga classes at Om Studio for some time now. The place is great, warm and friendly atmosphere. The teachers are very welcoming and take the time to explain the positions and correct our posture if necessary. Everyone has a place, beginners and more advanced will find their account.
In short, I highly recommend going for a walk!
