★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been dealing with this place for years and the quality of their window units has had a steady decline. Misaligned panes, interior rub marks, interior and exterior scratches, poor quality silicon urethane backfill, sloppy and sometimes void backfill. Not to mention poor customer service; trying to tell them they've made a bad unit or to claim warranty on something is a headache we'd rather leave behind. Only reason we've kept with them was their selection of spacer bars and grill colours. But we can't keep on with this level of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of glass/sealed units has become absolute garbage in the last 6 months. Dirty, covered in some sort of cleaner or chemical residue thats nearly impossible to clean off. Seal failures, butyl/silicon all over glass and inside sealed units. Quality control and checking product before shipping clearly does not exist along with proper staff training to build product properly without error.
