Very quite and peaceful place. Right on the creak passing through the Rouge National Urban Park.

Don’t go at night, even if you do don’t think of getting out of your car and going under the bridge. You may experience something you won’t want to.

“Constructed by the 2nd Field Engineer Regiment of the Cdn Military Engineers after Hurricane Hazel washed out most bridges in Scarborough in 1954, this Bailey bridge spanning Rouge Creek kept the burn going. It’s one of only two Bailey bridges still in use in Toronto (the other crosses the Lakeshore). Legend has it that singing Happy Birthday there will rouse the spirit of a young girl who was murdered on the bridge on her birthday.”

Unusual little bridge in a type of construction that is usually not permanent, as it is here. Check out the nearby Sewells Road suspension bridge while you are in the area.

so many friends of mine told me that it's indeed a haunted bridge, recently my buddy went there and when he came back he started feeling uneasy and didn't sleep whole night

Nice old bridge in a beautiful area. I love driving down this way— it’s so scenic! (especially in the autumn). The traffic lights make it so easy to use the bridge (I wish all the single-lane bridges in the park had traffic lights!)
