Il fallait défaire tout un stationnement, refaire un mur de soutènement en blocs de béton et refaire le stationnement puis creuser un drain tout autour de la maison. Olivier est un excellent professionnel, toujours ponctuel et travaillant. C'est aussi une personne chaleureuse et amicale qui saura vous écouter afin de répondre au mieux à vos besoins et réaliser la meilleure job possible. Enfin, les tarifs pratiqués sont vraiment raisonnables. Je vous recommande vivement de faire appel à OL Mini excavation ! I called OL mini excavation for a pretty big job and I am not disappointed! It was necessary to undo an entire parking lot, redo a retaining wall made of concrete blocks and redo the parking lot then dig a drain all around the house. Olivier is an excellent professional, always punctual and hard working. He is also a warm and friendly person who will listen to you in order to best meet your needs and achieve the best job possible. Finally, the rates charged are really reasonable. I strongly recommend that you use OL Mini excavation!

Les anciens bassins étaient en béton et il m'affirmait que ces bassins ne se vendaient plus. Il a donc installé des bassins de résine qui sont sortis de terre dès le premier dégel et qui représentent maintenant un risque pour la sécurité en plus d'être inopérants. Il prétend qu'il s'agissait d'un "essai" et la solution qu'il propose est disproportionnée par rapport à mes besoins. J'ai trouvé les bassins de béton, ils se vendent toujours localement, il refuse de les remplacer sous prétexte qu'il n'a pas à se faire dire quoi faire par ses clients. Je ne doute pas de sa compétence pour d'autres types de travaux mais je suggère à ses clients éventuels de s'assurer d'obtenir une garantie de sa part AVANT de faire affaire avec lui. The work carried out last summer consisted of replacing 2 water catchment basins in a parking lot which had reached their useful life (more than 10 years). The old basins were made of concrete and he told me that these basins were no longer sold. He therefore installed resin basins that came out of the ground with the first thaw and now represent a safety risk in addition to being inoperative. He claims it was a "trial" and the solution he offers is disproportionate to my needs. I found the concrete basins, they are still sold locally, he refuses to replace them on the pretext that he does not have to be told what to do by his customers. I don't doubt his competence for other types of work, but I suggest that his potential clients make sure to obtain a guarantee from him BEFORE doing business with him.
