After describing the problem, they determined our check valve must have failed and I took the next available appointment. Their technician arrived on time and went directly to work. Sure enough it was the check valve and the repair was completed quickly, professionally and at the quoted price without any up sales on parts or work that were not required. We are very happy with the service from Okanagan Well and Pump and would recommend them for any repair work or new installations.
