★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It poured, and I mean an absolute down pour, the evening before our wedding day, so we spent all of 5 minutes rehearsing the ceremony. Not to mention we also had a bridal party of 18! Can you say recipe for disaster? Marcus was wonderful. With his experience, he pulled off the ceremony as if we had practiced it many times. He spoke with ease and humor making the over all experience comfortable and very touching. Thank you Marcus for being a perfect part of our perfect day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcus is great. What can I say. He has a friendly personality with a touch of humour. He is also able to gentle guide the many opinions that everyone might have, towards what the “bride and groom” actually want. He was able to keep us focused when a large wedding party can sometimes get distracted. Best wedding ever!

Taking this big step is always accompanied with questions and emotions. Through the whole thing, Marcus was sensitive and knowledgeable, tailoring the counselling specifically to our needs. I can definitely recommend Marcus for any part of this adventure :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcus went above and beyond as our officiant in 2017. He reminded family members that it was our day when needed and always made sure that our needs as the bride and groom were being met and prioritized. We felt supported throughout the process and he really made both the rehearsal and wedding day stress free and fun!
I really appreciated the way Marcus individualized the ceremony for us and gave us several style options and made sure what was really important to us was said. I would 100% recommend Okanagan Valley Weddings to anyone planning there big day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcus was friendly, organized, and humorous and made our special day go very smoothly. Due to a greatly reduced guest list and the social distancing requirements of our time (I am writing this review during the pandemic of 2020) we were not able to have the type or size of ceremony or reception that we originally planned. Marcus was able to work with us by doing all of the planning and rehearsals by email, phone and video and helped everyone feel comfortable during the ceremony by explaining the measures taken to keep every one safe. Thank you Marcus for your attention to detail and warm personality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had a great time working with Marcus. He is very professional and is great at communicating. When he said he would email us, he did. He was purposeful in helping my husband and I create the ceremony that reflected the type of people we are. A couple of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. This comment reflects the quality of work Pastor Marcus does. I highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcus was a well spoken officiator at our 2018 wedding. Even with the hustle and bustle that comes with every wedding, he was calm, collected, and presented what we wanted communicated at our ceremony flawlessly. We were able to prepare a script ahead of time and although I was worried it would come across scripted, Marcus spoke it so naturally it sounded like he wrote it himself.
No wild cards with this guy, he nailed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the pleasure of having pre-marital counceling from Marcus and Beth 10 years ago before our wedding in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where Marcus officiated. So we got the whole package.
The premarital counceling confirmed, through honest conversation, that my husband Dominik is the man for me. Beth and Marcus were insightful and quiet facilitators in that.
Marcus was prepared and thoughtful in his role officiating our wedding. He made his speaking parts personal to us. He is very sincere and good natured. Also funny. We were so very pleased to have him lead us through the ceremony. We wouldn't have wanted our wedding any other way.
