★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids have been attending the Okanagan Hockey School's summer camps since they were 5 & 7. They are now 12 & 13 and love it just as much. The camp counselors are fantastic, the area is lovely and it is by far my favorite summer vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent both our boys to the Oilers camp in St Albert. Terrible experience, total lack of supervision in the dressing rooms. Tried to make 6-7 year old players tie there own skates. Had to have my 75 year old mother help the kids get dressed for the ice times because the young counsellors would not help, busy in the hall way chatting. Big money for really bad customer service. When we were called back from the director Shawn he was totally defensive and basically told my wife she was a liar. I think the problem obviously stems from the top...... It’s unfortunate some bad apples will give Okanagan Hockey a bad name. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a mom of a female player, my daughter had a very bad experience. The full week she was there she was
discriminated against from day one from the other players and the helpers. She was treated like she didn’t belong. Couple times she was left with No snacks because they forgot about her. The other players didn’t want to partner up with her because they felt she shouldn’t be there. The
helpers
were to busy socializing in the hallways and eating my daughter’s snacks. My husband had to track these guys down to get her food! The coaches and helpers never tried to make her feel part of the group and talk to the team that everybody is equal. Very sad and disappointed because we drove from far away to be treated this way. Last time for sure!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son Jesse is a goalie on the U17 Prep Team and it has been a positive experience both on and off the ice for him and our family. Their goalie development program is top notch and the communication from his coaches has been consistent and reliable at all times. OHA is a well run organization and we would recommend based on our experience this season.
