A	Andres Guzman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am enrolled in the business program and I’m so far happy with how I’ve been treated by teachers, and everyone except customer service, I tried to call and speak to someone in the registration office probably over 20 times and most times they don’t put me through to them, and they are rude, they tell me I have to come in, but all I want is to ask a very simple question that would take no longer than 2 minutes to answer. They really need to either replace their customer service agents or train them to be better because this just leaves a horrible taste in my mouth and makes me want to switch to a different institution.

What’s good is that there’s always seats available in the library, I never had trouble getting into the classes I needed and it’s easy to find your way around campus. However, I was disappointed with the quality of certain professors and found the office staff to be unhelpful, careless and rude almost all the time. There isn’t much support for students and the college really doesn’t have any clubs or activities going on throughout the year. They do have a few events but it’s not enough. Because of this, I found it almost impossible to make friends here. Overall it’s not a bad school but I feel that with the amount of money I spent here in just one year, it wasn’t worth it and I will probably enrol elsewhere.
D	Danica W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This school is not a nice place to be. The admissions department is by far the worst, being slow, rude, outright hostile and prone to losing transcripts. But everyone from admissions to the library to the grants department to the “Success center” has consistently messed up every step of the way. The only reason this is two stars at all is because my teachers so far have been halfway decent. Not good, but decent. My advice is to avoid this school if you possibly can, especially if you have disabilities.

I've been belittled and mocked in my classes, put through the wringer trying to sign up for courses, and had to deal with uncaring, unprofessional and degrading treatment my entire experience. Well done. Edit: After talking to the Public Relations person and multiple complaints, nothing has improved. Edit 2: It took 3 weeks to get signed up for one course. If you value your sanity, don't go to this school. Edit 3: Staff at the library have been checking materials out under my account without my express consent. Why did I expect this year would be better?

One of your classes get pushed to a later start and you’re stuck parking on a street being late for the later starting class. You have to show up 1-2 hours early just to guarantee a spot

And the parking enforcement people are absolutely ruthless. This school has very few options with program selection. Class schedules are not very good. They made us pay full tuition while my last year was online. I had some decent professors but I also had some terrible ones. Idk how some of these people have jobs. Rude Admissions and Registration staff. For some reason they are really hostile and passive aggressive when you ask them questions. It seems like they aren’t happy to see you when you walk in there. If you have a question they will just tell you to go find the answer on the schools website. Idk what these people do considering they are of no help ever. Moodle- it’s trash. Book store is a zoo. They never have textbooks in stock even for general courses. Steer clear of this place if you can.
A	Austin Elke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok Everything wrong with the Kelowna campus specifically the Trades department. I studied at the mechanical building trades department focusing on plumbing. Year one it was ok, I could tell right away they weren’t giving you the essential tools to be successful at all but still went with it. Year two on the other hand, complete joke. They made us buy our text books that had ALL inaccurate information and even typos. Yet they still made us learn all the wrong things and wrote tests up about it! They don’t give you the time needed to excel in this trade. You would listen to more trades stories about their experience rather than what’s in the text book. The other problem is the instructors. All of them teach you to work and just simply install stuff. They never properly explained the meaning nor the purpose of the project. Mock house was the prime example of this were they would make their own students struggle and be left behind no knowing what to do and when you go ask them a question, they make you. Do yourself a favor and do not consider going to this college for trades or to even upgrade for a while…. Maybe post COVID I’d recommend it but the teaching staff need to change their ways, less talking more teaching…… Also to the Admin reading this, WHERE IS MY DIPLOMA?!?!?!
