J	Joe Chaput on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There seems to be a real issue with staff upon reading other reviews. Ava seems to have a real attitude problem talking with customers. Overall terrible experience. They did not supply anything that we were promised on the phone and tried giving us a "broken" boat that couldn't tow tubes but when they were filling out the form for damages they said nothing. They offered no solution only excuses and attitude and I found the whole organization to be very unsanitary and unprofessional.

And even when we tried to approach the dock station, the staff did not give us a clear instruction how to get onto the place. we hit the dock and they charged us 1600 CAD demage fee. We had witness who agreed that it was not done properly. Anyway, be careful when you rent there.
g	grace McIntyre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I had a horrific experience at Turtle Bay Marina Boat Rentals. To begin, their website it out of date, making the booking process very confusing. While I was on the phone, an employee told me their old website is still on the internet and had not been removed. They even admitted their new website was out of date. You can imagine the frustration and disappointment as well, when I called numerous times and received different information each time. Upon arrival on the day of my booking, an employee actually said to me "the website being out of date is not my problem". I found staff, apart from the kind man who gave us instructions on how to run the boat, to be extremely rude. Perhaps it is because they are young. However, the final straw was drawn when an older staff member, perhaps a manager or owner, said to me "get inside and pay your gas bill", while I was standing just beside the boat as it was getting filled, clearly I was not trying to run away without paying. Overall, I felt that staff were not accommodating to the fact that the information on their website, for example being able to deliver the boat to any port on Okanagan Lake, was not accurate. In their defense, I had not read any reviews on this company before booking, because had I done that, I would have chosen a different company. Highly advise steering clear of these guys! There are PLENTY of other boat rental companies that will issue you a rental without a boating license.
E	Emily Zurrer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a boat with my family who was visiting from out of town, and while the experience got off to an unfortunate start (boat was late and broken from the previous renters) - not a fault of the rental company, but still frustrating and a big waste of our time. After some (heated) discussions, the boat was fixed pretty quickly and the manager ended up giving us a big discount on the rental, gas, and an extension of our time on the lake. Rough start, but that made up for it and we had an awesome day. I went again this past weekend with some friends, and the rental process was super smooth and the boat was great. The young staff are all friendly and organized. Shout out to Riley.

The manager checked it, we offered to pay for the damage but the manager\ the new owner was a gentleman and thank us for our business. definitely will go back there again the lake is very calm for jet ski ride. Thank you and will see you next summer.
