OK Tire

Went and got my winter tires taken off the rims and my summers put on. The next day driving down the highway my tire suddenly loses air. Says it was my front passenger tire. It was actually my back passenger tire. No nails or any other holes I could find. Side wall is worn down. Called to see what they would do about it since the tires have only been used one summer and were in great condition. Got told there was nothing they could do about it. So on top of not reprogramming the sensors on my rims they won’t do anything about the problem. Edit: Took the owner 2 months to reply to this review (as seen below). I talked to the boss of OK tire when the tire blew and was told there is nothing they can do. I talked directly to Shawn after and he was very sincere and even offered to pay half of what it costed me to buy a new tire! That man is an excellent human being and an even better worker. Why would I send a message if complaint to the email? So you can tell me no on there as well?

Had a tire repaired on a Semi, very quick, friendly, and very reasonable rates. Highly recommend their service, other tire shops could learn a lot from these guys. Thank you

Made an appointment nov 2for a tire change on sat nov 6 was told 1 appointment left for noon. Dropped off early not even in the system.for appointment need better front desk. Could have had this done Friday thought local my bad..

Stopped in there for trailer tire repair the other day these guys were awesome and on it immediately

Great service on Christmas Eve for an oil change on a Blue dodge truck. Wish I could have been able to leave a tip. Also needing a ride away from where Iam now please. If possible. My location services are all messed up.

I made an appointment with OK Tire last week to get my winter tires changed over. I arrived early on Friday and dropped off my vehicle with the understanding that the work would be completed that afternoon. I phoned them twice towards the end of the day to confirm pickup. The guy on the first phone call was quite evasive and dismissive when I said I was running late but would be there on or around closing time. He couldn't guarantee anyone would be there so I took my chances. I called again to confirm I would be there to settle the bill and pick up my car. This time I got a different person and he assured me he would be there when I arrived. When I got there I was told that they had "forgotten" to complete my tire change over! I don't understand how I got forgotten as I had spoken to a minimum of three people in the process of the day. How does a company forget about a vehicle sitting in their parking lot - especially when they had my keys? I know that mistakes can happen, however there was absolutely no effort from the staff to rectify the situation. It was Friday night at closing time and it was very apparent that these staff just wanted to go home and seemed to have no problem leaving me high and dry due to their mistake. I feel that, as this was OK Tire's mistake, there should have been more effort to keep their customer happy but nothing was offered up other than an apology and a suggestion to book in next week. Due to their lack of customer service, I ended up booking my tire change over at the competitor in Redwater instead. Had I been treated with more respect (or at least some eagerness to correct their mistake) I probably would have overlooked this. As a result OK Tire Redwater has lost my business as well as a future wheel alignment that I planned on booking with them.

Blew my tire on the way back to cold lake from Edmonton, they were instantly willing take me in right at the end of their shift at 5:00pm. Quickly fixed up my tire and installed it. I was back on the road fast. Very good service, wonderful people to deal with and did a great job! Thank you!
