always giving the run around sending students back and forth between buildings across campus because they don't know what they are doing.

Now located at SIRC Great customer service at the office, make sure you get a ticket when walking in otherwise they will not help you even if you have an appointment.

Extremely slow, unresponsive, ridiculous hours of service, awful quality of service. 4 years of dealing with this university's systems, and this is the one I will miss the least!

Absolutely God awful . Dont even bother calling these people , seeing as how everyone's sleeping clearly . Put on hold for 40 +mins , only to be fooled and dont even bother resorting to emailing them as they take upwards of 5 business days to respond. Overall this school needs to invest some serious funding into their student services . This is worse then York and that's saying something . If your going to charge students over 5 grand a semester then have the deceny to actually provide formidable services . This is pathetic. Shame on you and the whole advising committee.

I went to go pay holds. As soon as I got my ticket one of the staff members at front desk, called me out very rudely. She said, "I called you, I'm calling you." I was also at the same time looking for my wallet. As soon as I approach her desk, I said hello her reply was what do you want. I told her I'm here to pay for academic holds. And she turns to her co worker are taking cash? Co worker nodded her head yes. I walked over that way. This receptionist was much more calmer and understanding. I told this receptionist It may be declined because my daily transaction is at a low limit. The initial receptionist said "Your transaction limit should be 500 dollars." I tried to ignor her. Than as guessed it was declined. I said I'll come back and pay for it. The initial receptionist said call your bank. I called the bank but it would have taken me at least a minimum of 15 mins to get someone. So I went back to the front desk, mentioned I have to be somewhere will just pay another time. The initial receptionist said its only been less than 5 minutes since your on the phone. That was it I walked away because I was unable to deal with her severe attitude. I was already having a bad day on top of this.
