L	Lucille Clarté on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endroit super paisible, belle décoration et magnifique environnement pour se détendre. Nous avons profité du spa, du foyer et des beaux sentiers de raquette. Le silence dans la forêt... c’est magique ! Notre petite chienne Dixie a aussi adoré sa place devant le foyer !! PS: petit hic... pensez à apporter papier d’aluminium et huile pour la cuisson de vos aliments. Super peaceful place, beautiful decoration and wonderful environment to relax. We took advantage of the spa, fire pit and the beautiful snowshoe trails. Silence in the forest ... it's magic! Our little dog Dixie also loved her place in front of the fireplace !! PS: small problem ... remember to bring aluminum foil and oil for cooking your food.

Malgré le fait d’avoir trouvé des poils dans 3 des lits à notre arrivé, la réactivité des propriétaires, à l’époque, nous amener à louer aux mêmes dates l’année suivante. Cette fois le lave-vaisselle nous a fait défaut et ne démarrait pas parce que la porte ne fermait pas. Quelqu’un est venu et après s’etre acharné un moment, a finalement réussit à fermer la porte, puis ma gratifier d’un ‘T’es content la ?’ ce qui m’a laissé un peu pantois et le monde présent a aussi pu constater ce commentaire déplacé. Nous avons donc commencé à appliquer la technique de l’acharnement, le lave-vaisselle tournait finalement mais se remplissait d’eau et ne lavait pas. Je le rappel et Il me répond qu’il ne peut rien faire avant vendredi, nous somme mardi. La personne me recontacte finalement le samedi pour me dire qu’il a les pièces ? Il était probablement au courant de l’autre problème que celui de la porte et qui a fait que nous avions dû relaver toute la vaisselle a notre arrivé. Nous avons donc passé notre semaine de vacances à laver la vaisselle, aucuns dédommagements ni même d’excuses. Vu que le cout de location a augmenté de près de 1000$ en 2 ans j’espère que le lave-vaisselle aura été changé et le service amélioré. We rented for the first time during the 2020 holidays. Despite having found hair in 3 of the beds when we arrived, the responsiveness of the owners, at the time, led us to rent on the same dates the following year. This time the dishwasher failed us and wouldn't start because the door wouldn't close. Someone came and after struggling for a while, finally managed to close the door, then greet me with a 'Are you happy?' which left me a little speechless and the world present also saw this inappropriate comment. So we started to apply the technique of relentlessness, the dishwasher eventually turned but filled with water and did not wash. I call him back and he replies that he can't do anything before Friday, it's Tuesday. Does the person finally contact me on Saturday to tell me that he has the parts? He was probably aware of the problem other than the door and which meant that we had to rewash all the dishes when we arrived. So we spent our vacation week washing the dishes, no compensation or even an apology. Since the rental cost has increased by nearly $1000 in 2 years, I hope that the dishwasher will have been changed and the service improved.

Nous allons perdre notre dépôt car nous ne respectons plus les règles sanitaires qui ont changées en décembre dernier. Nous sommes 2 bulles différentes! Nous avons bien tenté de trouver un compromis ... rien à faire. Même pas un soupçon d'ouverture! Je travaille en tourisme et jamais nous n'aurions traité un client de la sorte!!!! Ne faites pas comme nous. Évitez ... Given the discussion I just had with the owner, I recommend avoiding doing business with them. We are going to lose our deposit because we no longer respect the health rules that changed last December. We are 2 different bubbles! We have tried to find a compromise ... nothing to do. Not even a hint of opening! I work in tourism and we would never have treated a client like this!!!! Don't be like us. Avoid...

Je conseille à tout ceux qui aiment la tranquillitée et le plein air. Beautiful, very clean chalet. Ideal for family or people relaxed because strict rule regarding music despite the rental price. I recommend to all those who like peace and the outdoors.

C	COLTON LUSK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the cottages they are very beautiful and nice, But the fishing there is really bad all they have in the lake are pumpkinseeds and other types of sunfish absolutely no predator fish so the pumpkinseed population in the lake is very high and if your really into fishing like me it is a real bummer, I would really like if the owner could bring in bass or something because like I said before fishing there is really bad and the pumpkin seed population is really bad.
