★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Phillips is good . The receptionist (Shelley) puts money before compassion. she is rude and confrontational. Also she is unkind and not helpful in the least. It would be in Dr. Phillips best interest to hire a new receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Doctor, Elizabeth Rhoades (5 stars for her) retired, had to leave a 1 star review for her replacement, she was too abrasive and judgemental for my liking, made me feel very uncomfortable, will not be returning to this location. Still trying to find a replacement Doctor though, this is a drag as I need meds all the time ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great receptionist and as I am unable to find my own doctor I am stuck going to walk in clinics. Many of the Doctors treat you well at this one but twice I’ve had the bad luck of seeing Dr. Cruz. No bedside manner or friendliness just wanna you want, sorry can’t do it T3s too bad for you, next. Maybe he is in some trouble from the college. It’s not just the results it’s just his whole demeanor strutting around like a peacock not caring about any patients their concerns or problems. Avoid this guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Evans is my family doctor. After years of trying to find someone who could understand and handle my medical case, she was the one who broke through. Best Doctor, kind compassionate. Receptionists are pretty nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Keith is an excellent doctor and nurse Amy is friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk staff are very busy but are always courteous. The online booking is very easy to use and a great feature to book a time that best suits you. Everyone should use it! Count me as a very satisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is something seriously wrong with this medical clinic!!!
You cannot get through to even make an appointment when you are an existing patient. They want people to pay them money and supposedly then they are more willing to make you an appointment. If you try and call their telephone number to speak to someone in person they NEVER answer. If you pay them money they say they will book on line for you or help you but have fun with that! My mother n law is 93 years old and she cannot even get through easily to make an appointment for a prescription fill, due to Clinic's regulations as to how and why of who is allowed to get through. Is it even legal to require a monetary amount from patients just to have the provision of booking an appointment?

OceanPeir Medical.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the doctors I have had during this time.
