★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not stress enough how amazing this building is. I lived at an Oben Flats for 2 years and if I didn't have to move I would never leave. My landlord has eased all the normal stress you have moving in and out of a building and anything we needed over the past two years she was so kind and receptive to! Christine is the absolute best landlord I've ever had and this building is so wonderful. 10/10 would recommend. Most accommodating, kind, helpful staff I've ever seen. If you want stress free living this is your kind of place.
