I have been training with Colleen for almost three years, both personal sessions and group training. Colleen is the most knowledgeable and encouraging person I have ever worked out with. I used to have so many workout injuries but with Colleen I rarely ever have them anymore. Time with Colleen is motivating and fun and I have the results I have always wanted... stronger, fitter, good muscle tone and energy. I would highly recommend Colleen’s gym.

I started training with Colleen just over a year ago. I had injured my knee and was in bad shape physically as a mother of a young daughter and a business owner, looking after myself was the last priority. Colleen changed my life: my knee healed within 3 months, I got my strength and muscle tone back. I look and feel amazing. I love my workouts and look forward to them every time. Her gym is private and I love not having to share the gym with a bunch of other people.

Colleen began free Zoom over 50 classes at the beginning of the Covid19 confinement. I found them excellent and continued when she charged a modest fee. I lost weight, gained strength and improved my range of movement. She observed us and corrected us when necessary, I highly recommend Colleen as a trainer for her professionalism and delightful personality.

Colleen Preston is a motivational fitness instructor. Her teaching style emphasizes the educational component of exercises and modifications are offered for all levels. More importantly, she cares about her clients and each class offered is consistent and fun! Thank you, Colleen!

As a physio, I first became aware of Oasis Training thru clients of mine who trained with Colleen. I was so impressed with the results and Colleen's mindful approach to training through injuries that I am confident referring clients to Colleen. I began my personal journey working out with Colleen in Jan 2017. With Colleen, I have been able to transform my body and gain strength so that at 56 I feel stronger than I did at 50. Well done!

I’ve been attending Oasis for two and a half years and can’t imagine going to a different gym. Colleen is a fun, conscientious and attentive trainer and her classes are the perfect mix of hard work and enjoyable! The atmosphere is very laid back and anyone can feel relaxed at the gym - I would definitely recommend Oasis!

I LOVE going to Oasis Training - daily! Colleen and Ben make my training experience motivating, successful and FUN! All in a supportive upbeat environment!!! Oasis Training is my HAPPY place for total well being! Classes or one-one - from boxing to spin to core workouts. I just started training again with Colleen Preston and boxing with Ben this year, and now I feel GREAT! I will never stop or look back! I'm addicted! Thank you Colleen and team! You're way beyond an ordinary gym! Colleen is trained in holistic nutrition. Heather is trained in bio-mechanics. And Ben is the BEST boxing training mentor! Oasis Training is where I can continually grow to be my personal best, inside and out!

Colleen is a fantastic trainer! She is very personable, knowledgeable and has great energy. Oasis has a really good atmosphere with lots of different equipment and tons of variety. Colleen makes working out fun and we never do the same exercise twice.
