★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Training new people on a very busy day. Sending wrong orders. I ordered my materials supposed to be there at site 8 am never showed up till 2 in the afternoon because they lost the order sheet. Not friendly people at all. Very rude and impolite lady (owners daughter). And they charge you for stuff that is not necessary and other places don’t such as: uncoiling fee and etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be aware!!!Terrible customer service!!! The girl on the reception not only doesn't have a knowledge about materials they're selling, but she doesn't know their office phone number. We ordered material for delivery before Christmas, they scheduled it, but didn't bring the order that day. When we called the office it was already closed for 3 weeks. We called so many times on Louis cell phone, I left few voice messages and only after I said I will put a bad review for the company, I got the text that siding will be dropped next day. We got the siding next day as promised, but when we opened it some trims were in different colour. We called the company again to change the trims, but no chance to reach anyone, they never answered, or apologize. They just ignored us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been buying supplies here for 5+ years and still very happy with the service beginning at the front order desk and ending with the guys at the warehouse picking the order. It does get busy in the mornings so better to come a little bit later in the day.
