★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want anything fixed, don't rent here. I've been waiting for over a year to get my bathroom fixed. When it was -40C I couldn't get the place warmer than 15C because the wind comes through the windows. Now I have a flooded basement. And the rent is going up in July 2013. Give me a break. Can't wait to get out of here.
